Pantarei Bodywork is a gentle form of somatic bodywork that combines conversation, mindful touch, body awareness, movement, and emotional exploration.
The word "Pantarei" comes from the ancient Greek expression meaning:
"Everything flows."
Our bodies constantly communicate with us through sensations, tension, emotions, breathing patterns, and energy levels.
Sometimes we lose contact with these signals.
Pantarei Bodywork helps you reconnect with what your body is already trying to tell you.
Through attentive touch, guided awareness, and genuine dialogue, we create space for new insights, emotional release, nervous system regulation, and personal growth.
